Monday, February 27, 1928 Stephen B. Warren was buried from Calvary Church today. The flowers were lovely and were arranged on the platform on which he had so often arranged other flowers on the many occasions of Sunday school exercises. The bearers were Charles P. Walker, Charles T. Lincoln, Orrin S. Spencer, R. Edwards Chambers, Samuel C. Russel, and myself. There were many honorary bearers. Steve was buried in Evergreen Cemetery. He was 64 years today. We laid him away on his birthday. Eighteenth annual meeting of the New Haven Paint and Oil Club was held tonight in Room 117, Hotel Taft. We had dinner at 7 P.M. and the meeting followed.
