Raining today but warm and muggy. Papers this morning gave an account of the promised new hotel to be built at the junction of Church, Meadow, and Congress Ave. Picture of it shows it to be fifteen stories high. Papers also recorded the electrocution of Ruth Snyder and Judd Gray in New York State for the murder of Mrs. Gray's husband. We had a letter from Bessie Fox today telling us of Helen's serious illness in a hospital at Washington D.C.
