Very cold this morning. A drop of thirty degrees since yesterday. It is still clear and fine though. No snow on the ground. Worked all afternoon at the store on Wallpaper records. Sarah had to be at the Yale Drama Theatre tonight rehearsing so T.P.H. and I went to the arena to see Yale and Dartmouth play hockey. Yale won 3 to 1. It was fast, rough game. Yale played well. Ellsworth Armstrong, a New Haven boy, played on the Dartmouth team. We hoped he might score before his home town crowd but all though he played a fine game, he couldn't quite make the score.
