Wednesday, January 25, 1928 High winds and very cold after the warm rain of last night. Luncheon at the Quinnipiac Club Executive Board Meeting of the Boys Scouts Council at five o'clock. Carl Northrup again elected scout executive. Went back to office and worked till eight o'clock then attended a group meeting at the invitation of Prof. Weigle of Yale to the formation of a Board of Education for the starting of Week Day Religious Education. We met at the Trinity Church Parish House. Scott Eames found dead in bed this morning down in Florida.
