Sunday, January 29, 1928 A white world this morning. Not such a great lot of snow fell but it is badly drifted and is very cold. The really first snow storm of the Winter. Drove in to church and school at Calvary. Attendance at both services were poor. Many people are laid by on account of their vaccinations. I gave out the pins for attendances in church school this noon and many received them. Sarah and Carol Maurer went in to Woolsey Hall to the symphony concert. Carol then went on to New York. We had our supper on the tea table in front of the living room fire. So cozy.
