Tuesday, July 10, 1928 Clouded up against today and began raining at about five o'clock. Cannot seem to stay clear long. Rotary luncheon at Hotel Taft. Prof. Mark May spoke on Child Delinquency. Very interesting. Took our Packard car in to the service station for its 1000 mile inspection. Home to dinner then drove in and picked up Violette and Lota and went in to the First Baptist Church to prayer meeting. Mr. Brush, pastor, had charge. Calvary is closed for repairs.
