Saturday, June 23, 1928 More rain today again. We are getting about discouraged with this weather. It was so cold and damp at the store that they lit the furnaces. We had both fire places going at home here. We closed at one o'clock. I came home and worked a while in the garden in the wet and muck. Went in to Calvary Church at 7-30 to a Committee Meeting of the Committee of "twenty one" who have charge of the repairs and alterations at the church. I called for Violette and took her home again. Sarah went to Worcester, Mass. this morning to a wedding of Beth Church, a Pine Manor girl. Harley and Alice took Bert and Jess over the Mohawk Trail on their way to Gardner, Mass. to see Aunt Marie. Rotten weather for the trip. [Prev](1928_06_22.md) - [Next](1928_06_24.md) <img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1cyRYDlFsM45mYZFcifdNuqTeoJNzZ4Lh">
