Thursday, March 8, 1928 In Northampton, Mass. Had breakfast at the Hotel Northampton. Then spent the morning with J. Hugh Pierce. Drove down to the Springfield store. Had lunch at the Hotel Kimball. Drove down to Meriden, Conn. and called on H.M. Chittenden and had a conference with him on advertising. Home in time for dinner. After dinner, T.P.H. and I drove over to Jack Dyer's house, #119 Westwood Road, Westville. Jack was there, also Jack Jr, Allan, and Mary.
