Tuesday, May 1, 1928 In to the store by seven o'clock to get the wallpaper changes ready for the billing clerks as it is the first of the month. Went to Rotary luncheon at noon at Hotel Taft. Did not stay through as I left to open our exhibit at the arena. On the job till 10-30 tonight. Not many people this afternoon but a big crowd tonight. T.P.H., Violette, and Maud Smith went to Yale Theatre to see the one act plays. Sarah was on costume crew.
