Thursday, November 1, 1928 Another fine day all day. Drove to the Springfield store and back. Went up and came back via the College Highway. Drove the sixty nine miles up in just one hour and three quarters. Stopped in Westfield on the way back and called on the Bryan Hardware Co. Home to dinner and for the evening.
