Cloudy all day but no rain. Worked till one o'clock at the store then Sarah and I went out to the Yale Bowl to see the Yale Maryland game. It was a terrible game from a Yale standpoint. Yale seemed unable to do anything right. Maryland won 6 to 0 and deserved to win as they played much better football. T.P.H. father is some better today although he is still very sick. Bud Wicks, formerly of the Yale Drama School and now in charge of the Drama Department at Vassar College, is here for the weekend. The football scores today were
Yale 0 Maryland 6
Harvard 0 Pennsylvania 7
Princeton 25 Wash + Lee 12
Yale Fresh 29 Princeton Fresh 12
Notre Dame 14 Army 6
