In Plainfield, New Jersey at the Davises. Had breakfast then I took the auto over to the Packard service station here to have the brakes adjusted. We had luncheon early with "Bee" then drove down to Princeton, N.J. with Dr. Stanton Davis and his wife Ruth (Cally and Bee could not go). The day was ideal, clear and quite warm. Many men did not put their coats on all through the game. Princeton won 12 to 2. They deserved to win as they had the better team and played better football. For Yale, Loud, Eddy, and Loesen played well. We drove back to Plainfield and all had dinner together. Mrs. Watts and Alfred Grant called also some cousins of Cally's. We spent the evening chatting all together.
