Wednesday, November 21, 1928 Lovely day again today but quite a bit cooler. Busy at the store all day long pricing our new lines of Wall Paper. Harley went to New York today on business. T.P.H. helped serve tea at the Spring Glen Club for the Garden Club. She came in after me and we had dinner at home and then we went in to the Yale Theatre to see the new play, "Overlords". The entire production put on by the students - costumes, lighting, scenery, etc. It was a great show. We took Violette and Mrs. Frank G. Smith with us and waited for Sarah after the show.
