Beautiful day today. Clear and briskly cool. Drove into church and church school. Had our Thanksgiving service in the school. The classes brought their baskets of fruit and they looked so fine. We took them out this afternoon to the sick and shut in. I took a big load in the Packard and Hawley and Charles Lincoln each took some for me. I ate a lunch down town so as to get an early start. T.P.H. and Sally have gone over to Betty Beebes on a errand. Tess and I took a basket of fruit and went over to see Father and Mother Peck. He is very weak after an attack of bronchitis. He is nearly 88 years and do not get over these colds so easily.
