Breakfast here at the Hotel Niagara, Niagara Falls, N.Y. The ladies were taken to Goat Island and then in to the Buffalo Country Club to lunch. We men held meetings this morning and afternoon with election of officers this afternoon. All old officers and directors were re-elected and I presented several resolutions as chairman of the resolutions committee. We had dinner here at the hotel and then T.P.H. and I went to a movie to see Al Jolson in the "Singing Fool". Had a telegram from Harry Bill asking us to stop off at Syracuse and spend the night with them. We have met many old friends in the Wall Paper Industry here and made some new ones. The New York Yankees won the last game from the St. Louis Cardinals 7 to 3, setting a record for games won in World Series, having won four straight this year from St. Louis and four straight last year from Pittsburgh.
