Very cool this morning but it warmed up during the day and proved to be a very delightful one. Sarah took me in to church this morning then came back and she and her mother went in to St. Paul's. We started our church school today. We are two weeks late on account of the redecorating of the rooms. We had a fine attendance for the first day. We had dinner at home then left Sally to do the dishes. T.P.H. and I drove to Middletown to call on cousin Howard and family. No one was at home so we called on Mrs. Bliss (Nellie Chandler's mother). Had a pleasant call. Drove home and had supper here. Violette and Lota called tonight. They are packing as Lota leaves for Smith College tomorrow.
