Another white frost last night but the flowers seemed to have stood it all night. Harley and Alice left this morning to drive to Keene Valley, New York. He is to speak at Paul Wolf's Church there tomorrow night. T.P.H., Sally, and I entertained the R.M. Hall Co. of New Britain, Conn. (Mr. and Mrs. R.M. Hall and Mr. and Mrs. Place) at Wilcox's Savin Rock tonight. It was pretty cold down there but we had a good dinner and all enjoyed ourselves. It was a beautiful moonlight night.
