Sunday, September 30, 1928 Rained all forenoon. Cleared off afternoon. T.P.H. took me in to Calvary Church then she went on down to St. Paul's Church. We had a fair attendance at both church and church school for a rainy day. Home to dinner. Wrote letters and wrote up a Paint and Oil Club report. Sarah went in to the Yale Drama School to help with a tea to the first year students.
