Luncheon this noon at the Quinnipiack Club meeting this afternoon at four o'clock of the agencys represented in the Community Chest to take action regarding an offer of the estate of Mrs. Lucy Scranton to give the house on Chapel Street corner of Brewery Street to the Chest as headquarters. Paid off the second mortgage on this Spring Glen house today at the office of the F.M. Ward Co. Mary Francis Stout came out to dinner with Sally. Afterwards, they went in town to the Shubert to see Ethel Barrymore play.
