Saturday, April 6, 1929 Worked at the office till five then drove out home and got T.P.H. and then called for Mary Francis Stout and drove out to the Edgewood Club to a chicken pie supper. Met many friends there. Came on home about 9-30. Sarah left this afternoon to drive up to Putney, Vermont with Miss Evarts and the Morrises. She is having a brief vacation from the Yale Drama School.
