Monday, April 15, 1929 Rained hard all day. Took the Packard car in to the store today and had George Hyde change the front tires to the rear. Have driven it 16,250 miles. Went to Doctor Smiley at eleven o'clock. He started on my teeth to get them in shape. Luncheon at Quinnipiack Club. Supper at the Calvary Baptist Church. Final meeting of the Board of Trustees. Supper served by Mr. and Mrs. Palmer. At eight o'clock, went down to Quinnipiack Club. It was our annual meeting. George Berger was reelected president and all other officers reelected, also. I as chairman of the entertainment committee had charge of the entertainment. Went up to the Yale Drama School and took Sally home with me. Ted Colton and his wife stopped with us for the night.
