Sunday, April 28, 1929 Sun shone this morning. By noon, it began to cloud up. This afternoon at about five o'clock, it began to rain and then it poured deluges all night long. I went in to church and church school. Gave out the pins at church school for the attendance up to April first. This afternoon late, T.P.H. and I drove out to Woodbridge. Aletha and Larry Stone have just moved out there from Hartford. They are all fixed up and all settled. We stayed to supper and had a good visit. Mrs. Knapp was there too. It poured torrents all the way home. "Daylight Saving Time" began this morning. We set our clocks ahead one hour last night.
