Thursday, December 5, 1929 Thawing some today but still quite cold. At the store all day long working on Wall Paper pricing. Had lunch at the Quinnipiack Club. Meeting at the old Spring Glen Club House of the men of Spring Glen who would be interested in the Church for Protestants. They decided to continue the church school now going on and to commence a preaching service the first Sunday in January. Prof. John C. Archer presided. Mr Louis L. Gilbert was secretary.
