Thursday, February 21, 1929 We awoke this morning to a white world and a raging snow storm. Began night after midnight and snowed nearly all day long. Cleared off though without rain. The State Highway Department got right busy and opened up the roads in good shape. Sarah came for me tonight and I came out to dinner then took Sarah in to St. Paul's Church to a rehearsal and Tess and I went up to the Yale Theatre to see, "Spring o' the Year" by the Drama School.
