Monday, June 3, 1929 Still mighty hot. Had breakfast here at the Adolphus. Morning session of our assembly started at 9 A.M. This noon we all went over to the University Club for lunch. It is situated on the roof of the new Sante Fe Building. The British delegation put on a regular British Club luncheon. Sessions of the assembly continued this afternoon and evening. Don Adams went on home today. I am now the last one of the New Haven delegation to remain. I really am too busy to get homesick, although I shall be glad to get home.
