Monday, June 10, 1929 Back to the office this morning and found everything in good shape. Mrs. Wood had carried things along nicely, which I appreciate very much. Had supper in town then attended monthly meeting of the Board of Governors of the Quinnipiack Club at eight o'clock, then a finance committee meeting to do with the Boys Scouts camp funds. Mrs. Knapp, who used to work for us, came in today and I talked with regarding a part time job as secretary on my Rotary work. She will accept it alright.
