Sunday, March 3, 1929 A beautiful day after the heavy snow of last night. After breakfast, Sally and I shoveled off the sidewalks then we all drove into town. T.P.H. and Sarah went to St. Paul's Church and I went to Calvary Baptist to church and church school. Sarah called for me after church school and brought me home to dinner. Meeting of the Budget Committee of Calvary Church at Mr. H.S. Palmer's house at 4 o'clock. Charles Bidwell, H.H. Weed, Mr. Palmer, and I were there and arranged a suggested budget for next year.
