A beautiful day all day long. This is Palm Sunday and the churches were filled. T.P.H. took her father and mother to St. Paul's and Mr. Weir confirmed them. She feels very happy about it and it was a courageous thing for her to do. Mother is 85 and Father Peck 88. I went to Calvary to church and church school. Afterwards went over to the Yale Dining Hall to dinner with the 160 boys from Australia who are making a good will tour of the United States and Canada. They are a wonderful lot of boys. We took them through the Yale buildings then an auto ride to Winchester's West Rock, Yale Bowl and Field, then to Brattel Chapel for a short service. They are to be entertained tonight in the homes of Rotarians. We could not take any on account of father and mother being here. We all went to St. Paul's to see Sarah play in "Everyman".
