Another fine day, bright and cheerful but still cold. Worked today on my report for the teachers meeting tonight. Also met Mr. Driesbach at the church and hung the pictures in the church school room they have down since last Summer. Tonight, we held the annual meeting of the church school. We had the largest attendance we have ever had, about eighty five present. We had a fine chicken dinner put on by the "Prattonia" and it was fine. We had reports from all classes and all departments. The nominating committee nominated and the school elected Mr. Thomas Richardson to be superintendent for the next year. This relieves me of this responsibility after six years. Every one was so nice to me, telling me how sorry they were that I was leaving. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer brought me home.
