Friday, November 22, 1929 Very cold this morning. Busy at the store all day long. Went down town this noon. Took my watch to Ted Crabbs to have it repaired. Went over to John Browns and got Mac (Charles McClelland) and went to the Quinnipiack Club together for lunch, the first chance we have had to eat together for a long time. Home to dinner tonight. We had invited a few neighbors to our house to meet the Rev. Fred Bunker, who is starting a religeous work in Spring Glen. Quite a few came in and we talked about the work.
