Sunday, October 13, 1929 A beautiful day all day long. Went in town early to Calvary Church School and Church. The church school is now meeting at 9-45 and church at eleven. We had dinner at home. Sarah had to go into the Yale Drama School early for rehearsal. I worked all afternoon on my monthly letter for the Rotary District. Went into Calvary Church again to speak at the young peoples meeting on the subject "My religion as a merchant". A good crowd of young people out to hear me.
