Friday, October 18, 1929 Intended going up to Springfield store today but Mr. Walcutt came up from New York this morning to go over the order for our book covers. So I stayed home and met him. We had lunch together at the Quinnipiack Club and I went to the train with him. Busy all day on our Wallpaper Samples. Worked tonight till ten o'clock. T.P.H. came in and brought me out home. Sarah and Pete had preceded us home so we all had some tea before going to bed.
