Sunday morning at the Fall Conclave at Swampscott, Mass. This is the last meal and the last event of the week. We all had breakfast together. Although some were an hour early on account of Daylight Saving Time, changing back to Standard Time at midnight last week. We sang hymns this morning instead of popular songs and then I gave a short talk on Rotary and religion. Then came time to say the goodbys and no one wanted to go. T.P.H. waited and said "goodby" to nearly all who departed and then packed up and got away ourselves about noon. We drove along till about two then stopped for dinner and came on home through Waltham, Worcester, Putnam, Willimantic, Middletown, and home. We have had such a happy time.
