Saturday, April 19, 1930 Cloudy and muggy, quite a bit warmer. Went down to Calvary Church to arrange the flowers as a memorial to Lota and Doris. Had to wait quite a while for them to come. Sarah went to Hartford to rehearse the pupils of the Oxford school for their Easter play to go on next week. We'd had some lovely flowers from Virginia Cosby and an Easter note thanking us once more for our assisting her through Smith College. I went up to Meriden with Harley to the store of Harry Chittenden to see about his affairs. He is in the hospital and has been operated and is not likely to recover. Home tonight working on my speach for next week Monday night at the Norwalk Rotary Club [Prev](1930_04_18.md) - [Next](1930_04_20.md) <img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1QQY-hKDhn_Br-CVdY8Fwinand-tRXznG">
