Saturday, April 26, 1930 Got up at seven o'clock. Persuaded Tessie to stay in bed a while. Sally had the car in Hartford putting on their show at Oxford School. I took a trolly in to town and got my breakfast at Longleys. Worked all day. Tessie and I went out to the Edgewood Club to supper then I presented the prizes to the winners of the Bowling Tournament. We had a lot of fun over it. We watched them dance awhile.
