Vernon provided the flowers to this service. Page 2 says:
"The flowers this morning are given by Mr. Vernon Hodges in loving memory of his daughter, Doris, and sister, Lota Hodges."
On page 3, there is a handwritten note (possibly from Harold Camp):
"The flowers are beautiful dear boy. Thank you."
On page 4, Vernon is listed as part of the department of finance.
