Spent the night at Hotel Statler. Had breakfast with Al Colvin. Mr. Kennedy of the New Ocean House, Swampscott sent his car in to Boston and took us to Swampscott. We had lunch with him. Then he took me into Cambridge where I spent the whole afternoon at the branch store of George D. Wetherill and Company going over with them the situation, especially as it pertains to Wall Paper. They are rather discouraged at the outlook and the results so far. Paul and "Peg" Randall had supper with T.P.H. then we made them stay all night
