Wednesday, December 3, 1930 At Hotel Nonotuck, Holyoke, Mass. Had breakfast with Al and Sadie Lavery and Cal Colvin, all of us guests of Jack and Doris Newton, president of the Holyoke Club. We had such a pleasant time. I got my car and drove down to the Springfield store. Had lunch at Hotel Kimball. Left early in the afternoon and drove down to New Britain, Conn. to visit our customer Morgan Kingsley and Thompson who were opening up their new store today.
