Monday, December 22, 1930 Busy at the store till 9-30 tonight getting a lot of details checked up so as to get away for Chicago tomorrow. Stopped at Violette's on my way in this morning and left for them our Christmas tree trimmings. They are to have a big tree this year and haven't enough stuff to trim it. Violette had me eat breakfast with them. Got the Christmas cards all mailed and the Christmas packages all delivered, so I think anyway. Probably have forgotten something. Wired Tessie and Sally that I would start for Chicago tomorrow. I do want to see them so badly. It has been as mild as Autumn today. A great day for the late shoppers [Prev](1930_12_21.md) - [Next](1930_12_23.md) <img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1hFHR1hGuAYml_6Vmcb8WxktQCyKiOE8V">
