Still in Chicago. A beautiful day. Very cold but clear and sunny. Went in town with Peter this A.M. Went down to LaSalle Street to Mr. Arthur Wilby's office and he showed me around then introduced me to Arch Konkite, a Rotarian who took me over to the Hotel Sherman to the weekly luncheon of the Chicago Rotary Club. Club number one. Saw and shook hands with Paul Harris, who sent a message of greetings to Don Adams. Came out to Sally's and found Dottie Rawson Stubbs here. Tonight, Sarah invited Arthur, Mabel, and Margie Wilby for dinner. She had a fine turkey dinner. The Wilbys then took me to a basketball game between Chicago U. and Brigham Young U. of Idaho. Chicago lost 38 to 37, much to Margie's disgust. We came home and visited till quite late, preparatory to our going home tomorrow
