Friday, January 10, 1930 Warm and muggy this morning. Much colder tonight. Left New Haven on the 9-05 train for Springfield. Went to the Springfield then to the Hotel Kimball and had lunch with the Springfield Rotary Club. District Governor Tom Kenney of the 31st District and a delegation of Rotarians from Worcester Club came over and presented to the 30th District and to the Springfield Club a "Book of Friendship" that had been presented ot them by the Boston Club. Tom made the presentation and I accepted it for our District. I spent the afternoon at the Springfield Store then left on the six o'clock train for Boston. Arrived at about nine o'clock and went directly to the Hotel Statler for the night. It is bitter cold here tonight [Prev](1930_01_09.md) - [Next](1930_01_11.md) <img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1HGqqgP4aLqzM1ka_mrFI3c8IX5SoJ_AJ">
