Sunday, January 12, 1930 Peter is here with us over the week end and he and I set up the hospital bed in Mother Peck's room. Then, when Dr. Jack came, we three moved her on to it. Then Peter and I took down their bed and carried it into the laundry. We had a hurried dinner and Sally and I took Peter to the 1-40 train for New York on his way to join the group who are to play on a trip West.
