Sunday, June 1, 1930 Some warmer today but we have not yet let our furnace fire go out. We got up early enough to have breakfast then Tessie took me in to Calvary to church school. I taught Mr. Charles Lincoln's class. Went upstairs to church service. Prof. William Lyon Phelps preached for Mr. Camp, who is just recovering from an operation for appendicitis. Later, T.P.H. and Sarah went into St. Paul's Church then called for me and we came out home and had dinner together. Andrina McIntyre, Lois and Franklin and Esther Faile called this afternoon.
