Beautiful day all day long. Clear, cool, and windy. peter took me into church school at Calvary then came back and took T.P.H. and Sally into St. Paul's. They called for me after church and we all had dinner at home. I spent most of the afternoon and evening working on my March Rotary Monthly Letter. Sally and Peter went to West Haven and had supper with the "Sisters Hall". I rode in with them as far as Whitneyville and called on Hattie Smith about Wall Paper. I walked back home and enjoyed it very much. Nurse Williams called this afternoon and brought Sarah a table cover and knapkins for her chest. She had tea with T.P.H. and me. The newspapers today are full of news items concerning Judge Taft's life and death.
