Tuesday, March 25, 1930 Hard rain all day long but we need a lot of rain before Summer. The reservoirs have not made up from the drought of last Summer. George Hanbury called on us today at the store. He has just returned from Florida. I took him down to Rotary lunch with me. Charlie Myers spoke on "Flowers" and gave a good talk. Home to supper then went down to Prof. John Clark Archer's house for a committee meeting of the Spring Glen Church.
