Monday, May 5, 1930 Very hot today all day long. The paper hangers came today to repaper and paint our bedroom and the bathroom down stairs so that we can again move downstairs. We had given up these rooms to Father and Mother Peck. This morning's newspaper told of our pastor, Harold B. Camp having been taken to Grace Hospital for an operation for appendicitis.
