Thursday, May 29, 1930 In Turners Falls, Mass. at the home of the James Gunns this morning. Had breakfast with them, then I drove down to Northampton and called on several customers. Then on to the Springfield store, had lunch at the Kimball, and came on down home, arriving here in time for dinner. T.P.H. and Sally went to a tea given by Mrs. McCandless of the Yale Drama School faculty for Sarah. Mother and Sally went over to Aunty Bertha Beckley's to take a gift to Ruth, who is to married soon.
