Saturday, May 31, 1930 A bit warmer today but still cold. Worked till 2-30 P.M. then went out to Yale Field and saw Yale defeat Princeton at baseball 11 to 6. It was not a very good game. Tessie and Sarah went in to Howe Street to Nancy Ferguson, who gave a lawn tea party to the Drama School Faculty and students in honor of Sally. A good many more wedding gifts have come. A friend who had planted fifty tomato plants in his garden out as Bethany had them all frozen last night.
