Monday, November 17, 1930 Rain again today but the lakes and streams are filling up and that is what we need. I took the Packard in town this morning and drove over to Branford, Conn. this noon to attend the luncheon of the Branford Rotary Club. President "Bill" Hitchcock had me present the "Six Objects" to four new members tonight. I had supper down town as I wanted to finish some work at the office. We received word that Bert and Jess Hodges had arrived in New York from England.
