Saturday, November 29, 1930 Colder again this morning. Thermometer down to 12°. Newspapers say it was the coldest November day in fifty five years. Worked all day today till five o'clock. First Saturday afternoon I have worked since the football season started. Home to dinner tonight. Tessie set it upstairs in the living room so that we could listen to the radio account of the Stanford University - Dartmouth football game played at Palo Alto, California. Stanford won 14 to 7.
